Hometown Festival Rules for 2010
DEADLINES:
- Food Vendor Registration is due no later than July 23, 2010.
- Retail, Arts & Craft Vendor Registration due no later then August 20, 2010.
SET UP TIMES:
- Food Vendors must set up by Friday, August 27th, Between 12 noon and 9:00 p.m.
- Retail, Arts & Craft Vendors must be set up by 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 28th.
Tear Down:
Vendors may begin to tear down at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday if they desire. We encourage you to stay until the fireworks that begin 9:00 p.m. for you and the customers benefit.
REFUNDS:
There are no refunds. The festival will take place rain or shine.
NON-PROFIT:
All Non-Profit organizations may promote their organization only. Non-Profit may not provide free products or services that are for sale elsewhere at the festival.
FOOD:
- You must be classified as a food vendor to sell any food or beverage.
- All food vendors must provide a list of items being sold on or before July 23rd, 2010.
- All baked goods sold must be made in a licensed kitchen.
- Baked goods must have ingredients listed or labeled on each product.
VENDORS:
- Vendors must display their prices clearly and legibly
- Vendors must comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations of the United States, State of Michigan, County of Ingham, and Delhi Township.
PETS:
No pets are allowed.

Festival Hours 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. (Behind Holt Jr. High School/Sycamore Elementary)
Parade Lineup - 10:00 a.m.
Parade Stepoff - 11:00 a.m.
BMX & Skate Compitition - 11:00 a.m.
Classic Car Show - 10:00 a.m.
Craft & Food Vendors - 10:00 a.m.
Children's Events - 12:00 noon
Open Swimming - 12:00 noon
Club Twentyone - 1:00 p.m.
Fireworks - 9:00 p.m.
