Hometown festival Rules and forms
DEADLINES:
- Food Vendor Registration is due no later than July 17, 2008.
- Retail, Arts & Craft Vendor Registration due no later then August 15, 2008.
SET UP TIMES:
- Food Vendors must set up by Friday, August 22nd, Between 12 noon and 9:00 p.m. Contact Kari DeRosa for questions at (517) 694-6922.
- Retail, Arts & Craft Vendors must be set up by 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 23rd. Contact Mark or Juanita for questions at (517) 694-7186.
TEAR DOWN:
Vendors may begin to tear down at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday if they desire. We encourage you to stay until the fireworks that begin 9:30 p.m. for you and the customers benefit.
REFUNDS:
There are no refunds. The festival will take place rain or shine.
NON-PROFIT:
All Non-Profit organizations may promote their organization only. Non-Profit may not provide free products or services that are for sale elsewhere at the festival.
FOOD:
- You must be classified as a food vendor to sell any food or beverage.
- All food vendors must provide a list of items being sold on or before July 21st, 2008.
- All baked goods sold must be made in a licensed kitchen.
- Baked goods must have ingredients listed or labeled on each product.
VENDORS:
- Vendors must display their prices clearly and legibly
- Vendors must comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations of the United States, State of Michigan, County of Ingham, and Delhi Township.
PETS:
No pets are allowed.
Friday, August 22nd
Family Night - Movie at Kiwanis Park at 9:00 p.m. (Behind Holt Jr. High School/Sycamore Elementary) under the entertainment tent.
Spartan Speedway burn out will start at 8:15 p.m. sponsored by Biker’s Church.
Saturday, August 23rd
Festival Hours 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Kiwanis Park (Behind Holt Jr. High School/Sycamore Elementary)
Annual Hometown Festival Parade lineup - 10:00-10:30 a.m.
Parade step-off - 11:00 a.m.
Vendors & events all day and evening
Fireworks -Kiwanis Park (Behind Holt Jr. High School/Sycamore Elementary), 9:30 p.m.
